Returning Students/Transferring DCSD Student Registration Procedures

Parents of CES returning students/ DCSD transferring students from DeKalb County schools must complete registration form electronically by following the procedure below:  

    • Click HERE to print out the registration form 
    • Complete the registration form 
    • Provide proof of residency 
    • Residency proof accepted - Current mortgage or lease statement 
    • Mortgage, lease or utility bill; MUST show parent/guardian name.  
      • One (1) current utility bill (electric, gas, or water) with parent/guardian name listed. (No telephone/cell phone bills, cable bills, insurance, or bank statements will be accepted.)  Parents/guardians without proof of residency MUST provide a notarized Affidavit (see attachment or visit our school website: http://columbiaes.dekalb.k12.ga.us/) 
      • Parent/Guardian valid picture identification.  
  • Email registration form to: deborah_dupree@dekalbschoolsga.org 


New Students to Dekalb Registration 

Complete online registration at https://www.dekalbschoolsga.org/online-registration/. Once registration is complete you will receive a confirmation number.  If you have questions after receiving your confirmation number, feel free to email Ms. Deborah Dupree.  Please include the confirmation number and your child's name in the body of the email.

Student Withdrawal 


 All withdrawal requests must be submitted by email to: deborah_dupree@dekalbschoolsga.org. The email should include your child's name and receiving school or school district.  

    • Please allow 48 hours for processing.
