for directions. You can also visit our online registration support
centers located at 1804 Bouldercrest Road; Atlanta, Georgia 30317 (Phone
number- 678.676.0907) or 5831 Memorial Drive; Stone Mountain, Georgia
30083 (Phone Number- 678.676.1200). The registration support centers
are open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Kindergarten Registration
Registration
for rising Kindergarten students is July 23, 2018 thorugh August 7,
2018. Parents/Guardians of Kindergarten students should submit the
following documents.
- Proof
of Residency in Toney Attendance Zone (Lease/Deed/Mortgage or Gas,
Light or Water Bill) or affadavit of legal residence form Affadivits
require both Lease/Deed/Mortgage & Utility Bill). Both
parent/guardian and leasee must be present at registration, and all
affadavits must be notarized.
- Original Birth Certificate
- Social Security Cared
- Immunization Form 3231
- Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutrition Form 3300
- Parent/Guardian ID
Returning Student Registration
Registration
for returning students is July 23, 2018 thorugh August 7, 2018.
Parents/Guardians of returning students must return documents to the
main office in person. Please do not send registration documents with
students. Returning Students should submit the following documents for registration.
- Census Verification Form (Please make any necessary changes)
- Proof
of Residency in Toney Attendance Zone (Lease/Deed/Mortgage or Gas,
Light or Water Bill) or affadavit of legal residence form Affadivits
require both Lease/Deed/Mortgage & Utility Bill). Both
parent/guardian and leasee must be present at registration, and all
affadavits must be notarized.

Transfer Student Registration
Registration
for transfer students is Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until
12:00 Noon through, July 23, 2018. Parents should submit the following
documents for Transfer Student Registration.
- Withdrawal Forms from previous school
- Residency
in Toney Attendance Zone (Lease/Deed/Mortgage or Gas, Light or Water
Bill) or affadavit of legal residence form Affadivits require both
Lease/Deed/Mortgage & Utility Bill). Both parent/guardian and
leasee must be present at registration, and all affadavits must be
notarized.
